I bought new grips for my scooter yesterday and the Guy at the store said that he tried Metholated Spirits to slide grips on the bikes he sells and he said it worked great. So i went home and gave it a go. They work fantastic they dont do anything to your bars they practically clean them. And they dont budge either. :D

air compresser works great for bike grips they just poof up and slide write on, dont ever have to deal with slimy stuff that give you throttle grips untill it evaporates
