Grit Invader with integrated HS

I recently bought a Grit Invader with an integrated Neco Headset. I have tightened it up to just the right point that I like. After getting the bars on and tightening the clamp up as much as possible (Included lightly stepping on allen wrench) There was still movement. I could feel the bars wiggling back and forth a little and a clicking noise when I put any weight on the bars. I am really keen on these things because of the fact that it could hurt a rider or the scooter. Please, if anyone knows how I can eliminate this movement (Or if my scooter just needs to be broken in some) Tell me ASAP. Thank you!

And never step on the allen key when you tightning your clamp tighten top to bottom little as a time or else it wont clamp even and it will be hard to loosen it... And you can strip your bolts

Thanks, I didn't mean I stepped on them and tightened them one at a time. I tightened them bottom to top until I couldn't tighten them with my hand and ten I tapped it with my foot. The cap cylinder thing that gets bolted on that uncovers wen you take te bars off, that cap is plastic. I didn't know if that would affect anything though. I might just need to break it in more and ten tighten it. Thanks again though.
