idk wen, but theyll be hic with integrated clamp, or you can get regular ones and taper them

no. if you want hic you need hic bars. so get some rads or something. and scs works amazing as long as you know how to set it up right, and you dont need different bars.

hic's the bomb diggity and its great how more and more bars are compatible wid hic, so yeah

Here is the difference:

SCS: PROS, fairly easy to work with, very strong, cool looking(imo)
CONS, kinda of heavy you have a steal fork with it, bolts break if you don't tighten correctly, too many components, it could strip,(if you don't grease the bolts) expensive

HIC: PROS, very easy to put on, easy to maintain, almost no possibility of the bolt stripping, very very light, very cheap.
CONS, can only be used with 1 3/8 bars, requires slit, which weakens bars, only slightly though
