SCS always comes loose.. HIC barely ever does. HIC<3

Joe. I've dialled multiple SCS' on multiple scooters.

Pros/cons:
SCS:
Pros: Fits ALL bars, no slit, clamps very well, more bars to choose for.
Cons: costs a bit.

HIC:
Pros: Cheap, comes with most bars.
Cons: Slit, shim can get stuck in bars, only oversized CrMo bars can be used.

Also ICS isnt THAT bad, i mean it has alot of the same components, its not really incredibly different.
it is harder to dial ics though
