Hairy bob's in Scarborough. What are everyones thoughts, anyone up for a sesh?
Also rowntree's park in York.

That is the gayest name for a skatepark.

It's named after the cave behind it. Imo it's actually pretty good - concrete with a sick bowl, hip, flybox, stairs, ledges, flyout etc.
What about meeting at rowntrees next Saturday though?

trees's is good, so's zoo in york. Driffield is amazing and so's brid and scarbough

Very few, and most are like 10. I know 2 kids who are 13, and one in my year but he's an arsehole so won't be riding with him.

Unlucky mate, it was like that for me, just go to lods of indoors and parks ad u'll meet people tho.

Yes but you'll be lucky to find people who live near you on a scooter forum which has mostly american riders using it. Just go around to parks near you.

The idea of this thread though was to attract people in the area as they would recognise the names of hairy bobs and rowntrees. It seems to have done the opposite because people think theyre gay names.

What's there? My 10 year old next-door neighbour says it's "better than corby", but I know that's not true. And hows about next Saturday? Or I might see if I can go Wednesday cause of teachers strike. Don't hold me to that though cause I need my dad as taxi.

Dunno - i don't go there often. I'm off on Wednesday though, and Saturday I'm hopefully at skateopia. To say Im rubbish at park and rarely ride it, I'm quite looking forward to it!
