I would never EVER order a clamp for 30 dollars, that's retarded. TNT clamps are 10 dollars, and to me, that's expensive, and those IMO, are probably a lot better than these because they clamp with two bolts clamping together sideways, instead of tightening a circle like half-knuckles. And for me, work way better than stock so yea.

haha i thought frids were expensive for a clamp. so someone tell me, how exactly is this double clamp any stronger than a stock clamp? i mean, how is it worth $30?

Okay zolof, I'll restate what I said:

Yea, no clamp really compares.
The closest thing (with that much "lateral" support) is the stock double clamp, and those are weak, don't fit 1.375", and strip like no other.
It's basically like running two DK clamps, but lighter, stronger, fits better, and is all around more practical.
It doesn't hurt that they look slick as fuck too.

You guys don't realize that, on top of what conor said, the way the slit in your bars are cut affects clamping. If your bars have one slit in the back, a TNT clamp will work, but it won't be the most effective. Most bars nowadays have a single slit.

Plus, Conor took the words out of my mouth in his last post. Esp. about the 1-3/8" bars.

you have no idea how many fuckingg clamps ive stripped. it pisses me off haha

Haha yeah, I've actually snapped the bolts from tightening a double clamp.
The threads in the clamp usually just strip out though.
