I got myself banned.
find the balance point
youre going to fall on your face either a few times or a lot so don't be afraid of that or else you wont get them

im still learing, im ok at them though. if you practice on a carpet it helps to build you confidence and helps you find and maintain control of your balance point. try it.

Just get the balls to do it. I can say that with confidence because I have no balls and I learned them in a day. They're pretty easy to bail from since your foot is already off, so falling shouldn't be too scary. At least not as scary as normal nose manuals.

ughh, nose manuals are a bitch. I don't feel like learning them because I have a feeling that that would be like learning hang fives all over again which I do not want to do because they took me forever to learn.

lol alex steadman sent me like 4030 bmx videos one day and after watching them i was like, "i'm totally learning nose manuals now"

day 2 of trying was yesterday, i'm making slow progress.

hang fives took me like a week, i can do them for about 20 feet, but i do them with my wrong foot on the foldy so i can't hop into them or anything

dont be a bitch, i can hop from standing regular into them, you should be able to hop into them too

that is my favorite trick i luv it so much
it gets really frustrateing trying to learn it but u gotta practice at it a lot
once u do it good u can ad tricks to it like a tailwhip or barspin or watever
it took me like 3 months to learn it but now i can do it for 23 parking spaces and add a tailwhip at the end so practice makes perfect

- have foot clamped strong onto the deck/mech

- have arms straightened.

- and yeh like practice.

+ i reckon it easy to get locked into balance the higher it tilted
