Push your hands like down so that when your doing it your hands are leveled out idk hard to explain

but u shouldnt learn like that cause it once u start using manny pads u basically have to learn them all over again

there easy after you learn them, i can go as long as i have speed, all you do is put your toe part on half of the foldy and then pop it up and hang haha

no way to really explain but just practice i guess
