Headset creates the wobble?

I have a sinz integrated headset, and it seems like it may be creating the shaking back and fourth similar to unbolted razor pros, is this possible?

Make sure the bearings are facing the wrong way. I know it sounds dumb but it's a common mistake.

With ICS, it is soo hard to get ride of the wobble. Your bolt may not catch enough of the starnut threads, but even if it did and you tightened it all the way, it would not spin well. ICS is flawed that way

alright well I knew ics wasn't all too good but it's cheap, thanks paul and rob for the advice I think I'll save up for a proto scs or just make do until the tilt scs releases
