How the hell do you get them out..?
I have no vice, and the headtubes AREN'T bolted to a deck.
And i cbf unbolting and bolting headtubes for the hell of it.
Any other way?
stand it up so the middle of the headtube are on a plank of wood or somethoing and the cups are in the air( if it makes sense) and place weight on the top of them, get someone to help.
and place a philips head in the groove and smash them
