I'll partly clean up some of the things about headsets, If you have any info ill add it. Hopefully this helps you if you're buying one.
Size! this can matter you wanna make sure of this:
1-1/8"
Stock Headsets: (pro, blade, madd, old a w/e)
Stock headsets, do well if your only new to ridin. If you want your stock headset to run smoothly oil it probably fortnight to month w/e suites your riding but i suggest frequently.
Positive:
+ come with scooter so you don't have to buy (duh)
+ bearings are pretty much as good as FSA's
Negative:
- break pretty quickly (as in bearings pop out or rings snap idk)
- if not greased it sucks
FSA headsets: (pig & pig dh (downhill))
There are a lot of arguements between Sealed or Unsealed, seriously I'd rather go with unsealed might not be as strong but spins faster. FSA's are a bit like a stock headset except smoother and you dont have to fix reguarly. Reguarly now you'll see people with FSA's, they're good and all but do not tighten your headset to tight (goes to any headset) other wise you'll most likely break the ring which the bearings sit on or youll have loose bearings which make an annoying rattly sound. Overall your to me your pretty much buying it for the name.
Positive:
+ can be cheap depends where you get it from
+ spin nicely when greased
+ pretty efficient
Negative:
- Bearings do rust after awhile

If your into getting one of the best i'd probably say this i have never rode it but people have told me that for the money it is worth it being a downhill headset it is strong as all hell but come at a dear price.

I have rode these on bikes and scooter but never owned one, these things will do the job if you want a reasonable headset at a reasonable price, just like an FSA pretty much except cheaper but needs a bit of greasing once-in-awhile.

Solid Headset:
Probably the best headset out good price (kind of pricey) but it is definetely worth it easily rails FSA's by far and if you have just a bit more cash in ya pocket i'd strongly recommend to get this. New and unique feature needle bearings, spin much faster then ball bearings and only needs the tiniest bit of grease if you want it to spin fast.

+ siq needle bearings
+ very strong
+ 4130 chromolly, Heat-treated

And with integrated to the new riders who ask, Integrated headsets do not fit onto scooters unless some makes an integrated head-tube which no-one has yet...
