Headset help

i got a canecreek s1 on my pro and i bought a phoenix. is there any way to take the headset off my pro without damaging it

yeah you put a flathead screwdriver right on the little notch inside of the headset and knock it out...yeah its a pain in the ass but it works

would it like rape the headset though? cuz when i took out the stock headset the cups were destroyed...

thats what everyone does, ive never seen i hurt it too bad, but your best bet is taking it to a bikeshop, they'll know what t do

haha just messing with you, but yeah just do it yourself youll prolly be fine

use a stock cross bar thing and hammer that, works alot better and faster.
