Headset problems

K so I have an fsa pig headset with threaded forks and a locknut. I could tighten the locknut all the way and it would still spin perfectly. I was bored so I decided to take apart my scooter and rebuild it so I did and when I went to put my headset on it 1. Spins super loudly 2. I can barely tighten it without it moving a LOT and if I do than 3. It won't even spin. I put it all on correctly someone please help cuz now I'm running a stock headset

Were the bearings installed the right way? I know it sounds stupid but if a bearing is upside down it will spin like ass

i think you should just take it back apart, put it back together again, and watch it work that time hahah
but yeah if the bearings are upside down itll mess stuff up

yes this exact same thing happened to me a while back with the same headset, so wen i took it apart again, the bottom bearings were broken hahaha

The bottom bearings need to be pointing up right? Cuz that's what I did

no the bearings always point into the headtube, just think about it...
