Headset slowness

My headset spins soooo slow. Any ideas? It does not grind or show any sign of wear/tear its just slow to spin =/

i have the same one and it spins perfect, maybe you just overtightened your compression?

edit- did you have a tough time getting the top bearing into the headtube? mine wouldnt fit and i had a really tough time getting it in...

I gave my FSA orbit(the one i got with mah phoenix) to my friend and its super buttery, fast and smooth, probably your compression?

Take the seals off your bearings, soak the bearings in alcohol. Just dip them and spin them around. Then Dry them. And re grease

No I did not, it fit perfectly

@Gaston what kind of lube/grease (inb4 shitty joke) you suggest?

And TUC im using a baby SCS

Just to make sure, did you put the bearings in right side up? I know it sounds stupid but I had a friend do that

I believe so? I even did it in tinychat for all the SR kids and they said it was right lol and it seemed so
