Headset wobble With baby scs

I have a senior fork, inward bars and a baby scs compression set. I have been told to tighten the compression bolt but if I tighten it to much will the star nut just come out of the fork ?

if not then the knuck wont go on all the way which means it will be loose

I'm pretty sure you need a headset spacer. It looks like your forktube wasn't quite cut enough.

a headset spacer is the little plastic ring that came with your headset

ya u can youse like anything that fits on the fork though just slid it on before the scs then tighten it and you should be good and not the star nut wont come out

A headset spacer goes around your forktube. It's this:

Ok so should I take out the scs and put the headset spacer on my fork
Also is the headset spacer a little black ring that goes on top of my headset bearings ? Also my fork should have the bearing spacer then the bottom bearings right ?
