i did that

but my bike is terrible. and headsets are the most annoying part of a bike to install. if only they were integrated...

I have the bottom bearing of a FSA integrated headset and the top bearing of an eastern integrated and they fit perfectly into my unsealed stock razor cups. well, actually I traded the bottom cup off of a racer scooter sometime ago...

It is basically the same thing. It is really not that hard.
I just installed one tonight on my scooter.
Just go to the hardware store and get a home-made headset installer.
