uh headsets are the thing in your bars that allow the deck and bars to spin for like tailwhips and barspins and stuff.
also if you take off your bars there will be a metal ring with little metal ball bearings in it that sits like over the head of your scooter like around your fork.

sorry that was a crappy explanation.
and you can switch them out with bmx headsets to to make them spin faster. a lot of people get fsa pig headsets like off of danscomp or somewhere.

its solid and smooth, may not spin as much as a fsa, but i can still triple off curbs , murph ur scooter always shakes so shhhh =]
