I decided not to pre order yet. Sorry for the false alarm.

I don't want to start preordering until I actually have pictures of the final wheels so people aren't just buying something they haven't seen and I won't have them for like 2 weeks to get the photos.

The tentative new schedule is: Preorder Nov. 17 ships Dec. 1.
