Headtube Angle Design

Ok so this is starting to get popular on mountain bikes so i thought someone could bring it to scooters.
Its a headtube with 2 bolts built in to loosen the headset, allowing you to adjust the angle of your bars. It doesn't seem like it would move the bars verymuch on mountain bikes but on scooters....could work?
Here's some examples:

It seems really nice so long as it wouldn't move. Cuz i hate having to drill out headtubes to try different headtube angles.
Someone please get on this.

Its like, the cups are installed into tiltable mounts, i think. So you loosen the bolts and simply move your headset to where you want it to be

wrong
its just to make it easy to put in your headset.
if it was in tiltable mounts, as soon as you stepped on your bike, it would move back into place.

i think it might work. im pretty sure u would have to use a bike head set and compression and it would have to be perfect cuz if its not it wobbles.its a good idea though forsure. its worth a try

No i'm sure it allows you to adjust the angle. I read abit about it and it said you could move your headtube angle, i'm sure of it.
I kinda am on the mixed emotions part, cuz it seems like such a good idea but i don't know how well it would hold.

those bolts on the headtubes are so you can adjust your headtube angle for the type of riding you will be doing. its so you can have more slack in your headtube for downhill, then switch it so you can have a steeper headtube angle for climbing. the headset cups are pressed into angled reducer cups which are then pressed into the headtube.

Exactly^
So technically we could take that design and use it on a scooter. Not for the same exact reason but it would allow for us to adjust the angle of our bars.

ok, so every1 wants an adjustable headtube angle? i thought of an idea awhile back and thought ppl wouldnt like changing the angle and would just buy a preffered angle, but yeh, i can do that and show some pics maybe aye?
