Man, try this e-mail ryan@helloskater.com. I had shipping info that needed to be changed and Ryan got it done for me two hours after I e-mailed him. In addition, he answered a few of my questions about the pre-order process and whats going on on phoenix's end which totally reassured me that the company was legit. Hopefully it wasn't a fluke.

hahaha, your sooo right, lets see, they offer alot of free stuf, never give it out, are called hello SKATER, and now drop of the side of the earth, sounds soooo legit..................not

But you also have to take into consideration that they payed to advertise on here. They have legit looking banner ads and everything. I dont think someone would watse all that time/ money/ effort just to mess with people.

yea true, but if they dont answer n stuff no one will order from them and it just kills their rep. But i paid fro my preorder with paypal so if they dont answer by the time the deck comes out ill just file a dispute cu im not going to deal with idiots

Thats why they were offering the decks with a $99 down payment lol, that pays off the advertising costs and the $10 to keep the site up for a month or so to scam x-amount of people out of $100
