hey guys sorry if there is a thread already but i searched and i didnt get anything

but i want to make some hic bars what is the measurements for the top tube (thickness and diameter) and downtube (thickness and diameter) ?

Downtube is 1 3/8" OD, 1 1/4" ID
Crossbar is 7/8"
