help! cannot insert Tbar

Hi everyone, new here!
i just got this razor A4. the instruction says i should loosen up the collar clamp and insert the T-bar in. As you can see from the picture, after i loosened the collar clamp, i cannot insert the Tbar because of B. B is stuck at the mouth of C. when i pushed harder, B went inside A and then stayed there. B won't go in to C and C can't go into B. what should i do?

i've looked at a lot of setup videos and i don't see B in their T bar, just A.

Try to push b into a until the metal button hits a then push the button down and proceed to push b into a as far as you can then try to push a onto c if it still doesn't go in try spinning a clockwise with added pressure.then tighten the clamp bolts as tight as you can, Make sure the bars are straight.
