Help dialing scoot?

Ok so I run tilt legacy forks scs and switchblade brake so with back wheel on it makes a solid noise. When I put on my compression makes a tiny vibration sound kinda sounds like its coming from the back my switchblade is ver tight an has dampner but only one bolt. Any help? Is it my brake or compression?

rubber in brake?

put rubber in every possible spot you can and then it will be dialed so in your forks,deck,bars,and brake just fill it
