Help nitro question

So I might trade someone a nitro deck and I just want to find out what u need to do to make it compatible with threaded forks. Do I need to cut them or what? I just need to make sure

well if the threads dont go low enough then you will have to use spacers then you lock nut on top if that then your bars. or you could not use a locknut at all and use ics with threaded forks

Nitro headset is sealed right? Don't threaded forks not work with sealed headsets?

Yes they do work with threaded forks. All threadless headsets work with threaded forks. And just use headset spacers. They sell them at bike shops. Remember, you buying headset spacers for your scooter helps the BMX community get rid of people with bars that have a total rise of about 12 inches.
