Help on 180 bars? (And dropping in question)

Like How far do you rotate the 180 before you throw the bars? And for dropping in, I have been doing em kinda stupid. I pretty much just caveman into the quarter. I tried the put your deck on the coping and lean method, but my back wheel kept casing or my deck would slide out somehow. What am I doing wrong

For 180 bars I like to throw them at around 90 or so and then catch and land. Helps to be able to catch, and as for dropping in, you could also try to just ride up and pull the front wheel and drop in. I find it easier because you're moving. I guess just keep your weight pretty central and your body straight and you'll be good. That's just how I do it so I hope it helps.

I always throw the bar after the rotation, its all dependent on your style(yours hasn't developed yet because you just started) so just find a way that is comfortable for you, try them anyway you possibly can until you get one that feels right.

Dropping in is just one of those things that you have to buck up and do, but when learning them they are easier when you are going faster, start on a small quarter and hop almost flat, and slowly work your way up the quarter going slower and slower every time.

Also with 180 bars try to catch the bars before you land. And as Robert said, do it how it feels right for you.
