Help On Sz Bars

Ok so I got the SZ bars for christmas and it won't fit in the fork. It doesn't have the slits at the bottom of the bars and im thinking that thats the problem but I dont know. any help???

its cause u have the clamp on to tit put the clamp in the middle of the bars and tighten it the twist the bars on and then loosen the clamp put at the bottom tighten it then ur set same thing with me i got my bars yesterday

as you twist the bars on the fork it threads itself on and the the clamp helps it to stay there

spray a smal amount of wd40 inside the bars and spread around with your finger then simply "screw" the bars on and then tighten your clamp and your all ready to go

you can start off by cutting slits at the bottom

Ryan and Dom, thank you for taking the words out of my mouth lol.
Without slits, all the clamp is doing essentially is bending your bars a little. But it won't clamp right without slits.

the ones i ordered came with slits..
maybe they were just real busy
