Thanks for the help. So the bolts are the "box reinforcements?"

So I will be getting...

From TiteToyz:
Razor Pro Model
Bolts
Grip Tape
Grips
Eagle Sport Wheels
and SZ bars(? Whats wrong with these? I prefer to order all from the same site.)

1 more question, when I look at pics of the pro model and other razor scooters, they all have the bars slid down a 1 ft tube with a clamp on top of the tube to hold the bars in place. On custom scooters you guys all have, its just a giant clamp at the bottom with no 1 ft tube just long bars. Since I will have that tube, what size bars should I get in height? I want them to be able to extend at least to my waist.

Alright I went out and measured. I prefer the length from the ground to the top of my bars to be 36 in. So are 23 in. bars what I want to get?

Grips you ride bmx you should know what to get
Eagle Sport Wheels i would suggest riding a 110 mm front and 100 mm back it feels nice runs great.
and SZ bars(? Whats wrong with these? I prefer to order all from the same site.)those bars are alright. but if your down with ordering from another site i would highly suggest buff bars SR Store . order them 23 high and then choose a width. start with at least 15 or 16 but because you also ride bmx you could try it off a lil wider and if you use it correctly it will make your riding look a lot better especcialy with your size

I want them to be able to extend at least to my waist. not exactly sure what your asking here, but if you order scooterzone bars all you have to do is take the clamp at the bottom of your pro model that has 2 allen key bolts undo it and put that on your new bars and put them onto the fork and tighten the clamp

all my notes are in bold in the quote

another note.when you get your pro model, you should take the handlebars off and remove the foam grips. after you do this take one of them [ just a metal tube basically] and put it into the hole in your fork. this will make your fork more stronger and prevent it from snapping as easily. if you still break it or bend the legs of the fork a lot i would suggest getting an aftermarket fork off of http://www.inward-scooters.com/ those things are amazing. you could also get your bars off there. once you consider the fork ask us for what details you should get because there a lot of options there

when you measure your bar length measure from where the bottom of the "tube" that is placed on your forks start to the top of your bars.

and for the future edit your posts instead of having a "double post"

any other questions?

Thanks a ton dude. So if I get the SZ bars with 23 in height then how high will they be off the ground? Im looking for around 36 in from ground to top of bars.

Those buff bars seem great, but I think Ill hold off and buy em later if the SZ bars break.

yeah the best part about buff bars is that if you either wanna change width or height you can just buy that certain part for cheaper to switch. or if you break 1 part you can always buy another.

and go to your scooter and measure frmo the bottom of the metal tube that your bars are to the top to get your height. i honestly dont know what it is if you you want 36 inches from the ground

Just measure from the bottom of the clamp to the top of the bars. That will be the best. And the bolts aren't the reinforcements- the bolts bolt the folding mechanism, and you can get seperate reinforcements you attach to your deck from titetoyz too.

I measure from the bottom clamp, correct (not the one with the lever thing)? And so the bolts keep it from eventually wiggling like crazy in that area?

Thanks.

You know what the folding mechanism is, right? It's where the scooter folds. Sometimes theres a peice of plastic in front of it? And the bolts keep the front of the scooter from moving back and forth. It also increases strength greatly. Bolting the foldy is the biggest must have.

Inward is out of bars, and I am 6 ft tall. I measured my current setup the way you guys told me and it was 27 in. If they end up to tall, I can cut them (right?). Im assuming the Yaks arent that great but since Im basically beginner, they should last a bit, plus they are $60 less. Once they break I will get the ES.

aight here we go again with help:]

27 is rediculiously high... im 5'11 and i ride 22's... and thats not low at all thats a solid height. 27 high would so rediculously nerdy. andd unless you get brass knuckles compression you CANNOT cut your bars shorter. if anything get buff bars and if you wanna go shorter you can cute the top tube then redrill holes or just order a lower tube for only 30 bucks. but still. try to ride a lot lower than that...

WHEELS: i would not reccomend yak skats even for a 6 foot tall beginner. but thats just me. i would rather ride a 110 yak[not metalcore] and a green machine or go II 100 mm wheel in the back .

you can get a promodel for 47 bucks with free shipping on amazon btw.

and do you know what width you are gonna want your tank bars yet?
