HELP PLEASE!!! WHATS WRONG WITH MY CLAMP??

ok. so on my scooter, i have lucky three peice bars,and an extreme fork. i tighten my clamp as much as possible, and when i start to scooter, its fine. but maybe 30 mins later, the fork strats to turn, and it gets uneven. and i cant turn it back, unless i unscrew the clamp and everything. what is wrong?
