HELP PLEASE

Okay so i have an old A fork with c4 bars and a DK clamp. My Clamp is all teh way tight and my fork isnt snapped and is tight onto my headset. However, when i put my bars on and tighten it as hard as i can, it still wobbles like a mother. Any ideas?

tighten your headset nuts more.
it could be your headtube, is your foldy bolted right?

that happened to my inwards but.. it was a threadless fork.. it turns out no matter how tight my headset and parts felt and looked they loosened up wen i rode.. i just needed compression

idk if this helps but i just reckon lol that your headset or nuts might be loosening

I can only think of three problems.
1. Headtube is to big for fork.
2. Headset seems tight when bars are on but you need to take that bars off and tighten it.
3. TNT clamp is to large.

Nope. Headtube is wrong size, had it for a while. Headset is tight cuz i checked fork itself. The clamp is the right size too. Im thinking i might have stripped the bolts in my clamp but im not sure im gonna check later.

u need to tighten ur nut right above your headset then ride then tighten it again just keep doing that over and over till ur satisfied

Thats not the problem i said. My headset is dialed in absolutely perfect.
Its my bars or the clamp thats the only possible thing.

Old A forks have a different thread size to Pro forks.

pry the slits a part a little bit
stick a flathead back there
try to pry it out

Maybe ill have to get Proto Brass Knucks to fix this (sigh)

the same thing happened to me, except i know its my headtube and nuts not being tight enough but when i tighten mmy nuts more, the bars dont spin freely!!!
