Im am having alot of trouble getting my bearings out of my metal cores so i was wondering what the best method was to get them out. thanks

do they have spacers in them?

its easy
first take a razor back axle and then make it so that the bearing spacer is misaligned in the hole and then hammer on the razor back axle onto the bearing spacer and it should come out and then the other side you stick the back razor axle in the other bearing upside down and hammer on the threaded in part

well that wasnt very smart to not put spacers in your wheels i hope you know that ruins them and i dont know how you get them out any other way that wont hurt them so ur screwed

get a screwdriver put it in the bearing tilt it on the sides and hit it will a mallet all around the bearing til it pops out

if you have a skateboard you could put the bearings through the truck just a little bit and then pry down
