how the --- do i get my bars over my french id! it goes like half way and STOPS ive tryed lube and everything (im using inverted comp. with my starnut already in my bars.)

If it like suddenly stops, then you didn't swag the starnut enough up in your bars. try to mesure in the fork and see how far your snartnut is in your bars. Then mesure the fork. It could help
