Help plz

i was tapping in a ics compression nut into my bars i tapped it in by putting the bolt in the nut and and using a rubber mallet but the problem is the nut slid all the way up the top of my bars with the bolt in it and is stuck also it makes a horrible rattle can someone tell me how to get at least the bolt out or am i screwed

Turn your bars right side up and it will fall out?

Or screw the bolt out with your hand or something else that will reach down there and be able to screw it out I guess and then put a new starnut in

Hahaha, you shouldn't hammer in starnuts with the bolt in anyway, it messes up the threads.
