help with blade deck

i have a blade deck and it is just like an old a....in the drop outs it doesnt have holes for the brake. i have a blade brake and i dont know what i should do to get it in? drill holes and use the bolt and spring from a razor brake?I REALLY NEED HELP.

ummm sure. drill the hole and use the spring and get a bolt

because its this ski scooter thing and it has a blade deck with a blade break but the break is attached to the wheelie(which can come off) and in the dropouts there is no holes
