Help with building a scooter

If i was to build a scooter from scratch and buy all the new parts and was willing to spend like $300 on it, what stuff should i buy and where from? ve been riding for a few months and starting to get better, i can nearly bri whip and i can bri and all that, i pretty much only ride park.

100mm Eagle for rear, Yak Lowpro for front, griptape, bolts, ASP or Seasoned bars, and optional is an aftermarket headset or BMX grips. Should some in near the 200 mark.

what are asp bars? and i have been looking at the seasoned bars. I weigh like 70 kilos would i bend the classics?

what r fg bars? and where do i buy them?
i have got a razor pro already but its in pretty bad nick, 2 stress cracks at the back and crazy bent forks.
also have 1 eagle already
