Help with computer

Im looking to get a mac for christmas so im thinking about getting the macbook so any suggestions and does anyone know if it has a firewire port?

I have a Mac and it's amazing. Mac's are so good. A lot of people will tell you not to get one but get it. Greg has a macbook too.

That's like the most basic macbook, it runs well. I have it in the old body. Everythings the same on the new ones, just different aesthetics.
