help with dropouts

ok, I know Matt Dibble made a video on how to reinforce dropouts, but I dont have all the power tools he used, and I don't think any hardware stores around me cary those aluminum channels, So what I am asking for is someone to make a video, or use pictures, or just a set of very good instructions of a simpler way to rienforce dropouts, the only tools i really have are a hand drill and a hack saw, sorry if this is a thread already.

You can't reinforce it without having something to reinforce it with... you have to find some aluminum strips before you can do anything.

well, yea, i think i can get them, but I don't think I can get the channels

where do you live? cuz if you have a Lowes near by they carry them

Yeah you can get alluminum/steel stuff at Home Depot/Lowes and stuff. Or you can use the sides of another scooter, like a new A or something. I haven't done it but I've seen it done.

aluminum? i use steel channels...
and i don't cut them in half and whatever, i just drill the holes and bolt them...
it's heavy

Haha i don't even reinforce my decks and i ride them for 6+ months.
