trust me i was once in ur shoes. but wen i decided on getting hang 5's on lock it took about a week of trying them at least an hour everyday.

i guess also make sure ur arms r as straight as they can b without locking up ur elbows.

Commit. I was always hoping i wouldn't go over the bars but since it's not even that painful i stopped caring and thats when i got them better

What helps me (since I tend to do that also) is try to keep directly centered over the deck/bars and You just have to let it flow, when I try really hard to keep it up, It never goes as well as letting it "flow"

Where do you usaully keep your toes?! I tried to keep them on the deck, the bottom of the headtube, and the top. I either go over the bars or not high enough to keep the deck up :(

try different foot positions and its really just balancing out the presure on your bars the same as whats on your deck
