Help with HTML please.

I'm trying to make banners for my photography website so i can advertise, and people can post some bulletins for me..
But i can't figure out how to make the bulletin code not show the actual picture when i put it somewhere, so people can copy it and use it.
Can anyone help?

Like i want to post a bulletin with a Hyperlinked Banner,
And the code for the hyperlinked banner, because people said they'd put them on their profile for me and stuff.
