HELP with proto

i have a full sized proto with a stuck bolt :dislike: . all my other bolts loosen except for this one. i tried like the opposite of lock tite and nothing helped . i even tried hitting the allen with my foot and a hammer . someone please help

loosen the bolts in this order

bottom
top
the one above the bottom
the one below the top
all little by little, apply wd40 if needed

Actually you need to TIGHTEN the other bolts before you start on the problem bolt.

It will relieve the tension on that bolt so it will be easier to loosen.
