Help with razor pro foldy

hod do i get them off? ive taken all the bolts ou everywere and ive cracked the welds and they wont come off help?

First off, get a dictionary.

Secondly, take a saw or any type of grinder and really make sure it's not welded at all.

Or do what i did, once you take the bolts out, smash it against something hard.
I used a brick.

a) havent cracked all the welds
b) havent cracked them enough
