heyy this might seem like a nooby question but how do i 'dial' my scooter
i kep seeing things on it everywhere like my scooter is diald and stuff but what is it and how do i do it to mine

wat is ur scooter. you make sure everything is tight. you can put a bearing under your spring and some hot glue.
