Help!!!

Hey guys im running a stock ultra pro, my bars are about to snap at the top of the slit. What will happen if i cut the slit off and put them back on? i know people say that you cant use no slit without SCS, but why?

cut them off and cut a new slit in the bars you need a slit so when you tighten your clamp the bars move in a little and close on to the bars

well if you do that and try to clamp it you can get it as tight as you want and it wont clamp the fork tube enough
bottom line: no it will not work
it NEEDS the slits to clamp on the fork tube properly

it wont work. Try clamping a solid tube of chromoly.

just make a new slit

But your bars will be 2" shorter or so.

yeah thanks guys, i tried it, i wouldnt clamp at all , so i just cut a shitty slit, and it works great! 23 1/2 by 18 RUP barz <3 lol i broke a rup wheel today too
