I dont really know if it does but Do you have to have spacers with a tilt scs?

My setup is Epic rewinds oversized
Tilt scs
District v2
epic forks

just cut your forks like .5"

I dont recommend cutting your forks, I did it to my striker and now I cant use it with HIC also decreases value so its harder to sell when you get a new fork. so in all spacers would probubly be the option I would take.
