In no way am I trying to downplay anything. I agreed he's insane. And the part about the switch tricks and everything wasn't really the point of my post at all. I didn't say one bad thing about him or his riding. I commented on the style and the way he does tricks, but I'd never put down a rider, especially not over the way they ride. I'm also not gonna lie and give them false hope. Unfortunately others have taken it the wrong way, too. I just hate overhype on stuff. Everyone on this site, well not everyone, but MOST of the people on here, if they see a video that's even average, they'll be like OMG THATS SO GOOD YOU SHOULD BE SPONSORED (This video was great, I enjoyed it and I consider it well above average). It's annoying cuz our immature community is what keeps the sport from growing it's fastest and fullest, at least in my eyes. The few good, experienced, mature riders keep the foundation from crumbling... Not saying I'm one of them but someone needs to try.
Unfortunately I come off as an idiot to everyone on here. Am I? I dunno but I feel like that's how people view me and my beliefs. Sorry Greg I'll understand if you get pissed but just clarifying things once and for all; I'm not hating on the rider in this video, or you, or it being posted on the front page, or anything related to any of those. I just can't stand these forums sometimes.
