lol if the fork tube is longer than the slits on a hic system its way stronger and still lighter than scs. my rads that i got with a huge crack in the slits well over 6 months ago still as good as when i got them, all you gotta do is a. have a longer forktube or b. make a longer shim and use a longer bolt to reach the starnut or c. forget starnuts and use a ics system with a hic system and use a nut on the other end of then ics bolt.
