HIC problem HELP!!!!!!

ok so ijust got hic and rads . and i was takinging my bars off and my shim got stuck how am i ment to get the shim out of my bars HELP!?

how did it get stuck on your bars if its on your fork?

because the cap came off the top derrrr

didnt you tighten it first? derrr
and try to find something with a hook on the end to pull it out

theres a lip on the shim to stop exactly this. Also you should never turn your bars counter clockwise when youre trying to get them off, because thats how it unscrews.
