Or just take whatever you can find and hop over it and work your way up. You'll never get higher hops just hopping over nothing all day, you need something to go over.
just learn to tuck you can only tuck as high as your combined bunny hop with your kneen hight seeing as i pro hop i can gap almost any thing i jumped a four stair yesterday
Hops are really easy I can hop onto benches pretty easily now. The way I actually learned is hopping up and stalling on things that are really high. Stalling on high things is a lot easier than hopping up onto them so it just took a little more to hop up.

and yeah i had a little homemade bunny hop bar that was made out of really skinny pieces of wood, but the looked kinda rotten, so my dad decided to throw it away without telling me.

10 push-ups then 25 sit-ups and repeat till you have done 100 push-ups and 500 sit-ups. its not much but if you do it at least 5 times a week you will start to notice bit of a change after just 2 weeks
