Higher Hops?

What are some good ways to get higher hops? i know practice is the most important, but what are some good ways to practice.

Or just take whatever you can find and hop over it and work your way up. You'll never get higher hops just hopping over nothing all day, you need something to go over.

i think theres an element hop thing ^

but a good way to practice would be like stack things up and count how many of them you can hop.
like bricks or wood

longer deck
higher headtube angle
putting your feet farther back

its all about the technique. pull back on the bars to lift the front wheel up first, then you bring the back end up.

just learn to tuck you can only tuck as high as your combined bunny hop with your kneen hight seeing as i pro hop i can gap almost any thing i jumped a four stair yesterday

Hops are really easy I can hop onto benches pretty easily now. The way I actually learned is hopping up and stalling on things that are really high. Stalling on high things is a lot easier than hopping up onto them so it just took a little more to hop up.

and do plyometrics!! THE best way to get better.

and yeah i had a little homemade bunny hop bar that was made out of really skinny pieces of wood, but the looked kinda rotten, so my dad decided to throw it away without telling me.

lol it'll work, you will get stronger, duh!

10 push-ups then 25 sit-ups and repeat till you have done 100 push-ups and 500 sit-ups. its not much but if you do it at least 5 times a week you will start to notice bit of a change after just 2 weeks
