i was thinking about getting my mate to make me a scs and i was wondering if he made a few and sold them would that be illegal? like do they have the design TM or soemthing. Because i was gonna get him to do something like the brass knuckles

You could probably make something similar to the SCS that looks different but does the same thing. I'd say as long as it wasn't a splitting image of the SCS and wasn't called the SCS then it would be okay. I'm not 100% sure though.

youi know how the brass hnuckle is cut at the front and on 45 degree angles you coud make it round

I'm pretty sure if you just make one for yourself it's ok.
