Homemade clamppp! need ideaas!

so i left my oversized clamp at home and i'm on vacation, so does anyone have any ideas on how to make my own oversized clamp from a hardware store... tools... bike parts... etc.

you could use two bike seat post clamps i dont know how well it would work though and where are you on vacation?

Maybe find a bike shop and find a big bmx set post clamp and stretch it

a seatpost clamp doesn't even come close to the size of oversized bars, its like 1 inch and oversized bars are like 1 3/8

It's two seperate pieces of metal, with bolts that connect the two and compress it. It fits standard and oversized. Like the RUP triple clamp.

hose clamps might work.

so I went to the local bike shop and i found a 1 3/8 oversized seat clamp! it works perfectt. and hose clamps DON'T work. lolol
