Homemade One Piece Bars Question

allrighty, i wanna make some one piece bars, but i need some questions answered first.
What are the OD and ID of the steer tube and cross bar.
and secondly, how do you drill that thing at the bottom, its like line with a circle at the top.

Dont say "use the search bar," cause i already did, and nothing helped.
Regards,
Billy

Ok well since forks obviously have a 1-1/8" steerer tube then id go for an ID just a little bit bigger for the steer tube of the bars. Try an ID of somthing like 1.130 - 1.135 (remember steer tube is 1.125.) and it should fit snuggly over the fork. As for the cross bar just make sure its 7/8" OD and use whatever wall thickness you want. .065 wall thickness should be plenty strong for sureee on the cross bar.

Id go about an inch and a half up the steer tube from the bottom and drill a 5/16 hole through both walls. Then use a chop saw or something to saw a slit on each side of the steerer tube all the way to the holes drilled beforehand. It helps to make decent tooling so you dont have to just eyeball everything.

a million of them say the od and id.
use the bar properly, you have to select WHERE to search, i believe it searches the news by default.
